Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only, to any US address — yours, or a gift recipient's. Every book is printed to order in the USA; printing takes about 6 business days before it ships.
- Standard — USPS Ground Advantage, $7.95 flat. Most books arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering.
- For a fixed date like a baby shower, order at least 4 weeks ahead to be safe.
Changing or canceling an order
Your book is printed just for you, so there's a short window: you can change anything or cancel for a full refund until we send the file to the printer — usually within 24 hours of ordering. Spotted a typo right after paying? Email [email protected] straight away and we'll fix it before it prints.
Our reprint guarantee
If it isn't right, we make it right:
- Print, binding or ink defect, or we printed the wrong thing: send a photo within 30 days of delivery and we print you a new copy free. You keep the first one — nothing to send back.
- Lost or damaged in transit: we reship free.
- A typo that was in your order and slipped past the change window: we'll reprint once at our cost price — email us and we'll sort it out.
Returns
Because every book is personalized with your baby's name and words, we can't resell a returned copy, so we don't offer change-of-mind returns. The guarantee above covers everything that's our fault — and we read every email.
