Terms of Service

The digital product is offered as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and there are no recurring charges.

Payment and sales of digital products are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy processes the payment, issues the invoice and remits applicable taxes.

Digital products are delivered instantly, so digital purchases are final once the download is available to you, except where applicable law gives you a right to a refund. If a file is broken or won't download, email us and we'll fix it.

The personalized board book is a physical product sold by Azulia Labs LLC and shipped within the United States only. Payment is processed by Stripe; Stripe acts as payment processor, not as seller. The price shown at checkout plus your selected shipping rate is the total you pay; your card statement will show LITTLECONTRASTS.

Each book is printed to order to your specifications (name, dedication, pictures, optional photo). You can change or cancel free of charge until we send the file to the printer — usually within 24 hours of ordering; email us as soon as possible. Because the book is personalized, we don't accept change-of-mind returns once printing has begun; instead, our reprint guarantee applies: if the book arrives with a print, binding or ink defect, is lost in transit, or we made an error, we reprint or reship it free of charge. Details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Delivery: printed in the USA (about 6 business days production), then shipped by your selected method; most books arrive within 2–3 weeks.

You are responsible for the content you submit (names, dedication, photos) and confirm you have the right to use it, including permission to use any photo you upload.

Downloaded PDFs and patterns are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale or commercial use is not permitted without express permission. All intellectual-property rights remain with Azulia Labs LLC.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country or state where you live (for example, Brazil's Consumer Defense Code).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, subject to section 10.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
